She has been working with educational institutions and social development groups in initiating changes in individual and collective behaviour, examining role and identity patterns and assisting in building human networks for communication systems. She is on the faculty of Sumedhas -Academy for Human Context.
In the last few years she has moved from the area of learning and adaptation into developing new frameworks for Indian design. In connection with this she has been involved with the 'PPST' in consolidating Traditional Science and Technology for modern application.
To be able to envisage a coming together of both design concept and philosophy and to be able to apply this in the field effectively, she has been consolidating all the streams of learning and wisdom that have been part of her training. This includes yoga, behavioral work, fine arts, mythology, craft, Vaastu Shastras, architectural training and human psychology. It is a continuous process and she sees herself at the beginning of crossroads.
