He is a Post-Graduate in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
He is a leading consultant to several blue chip companies - Indian as well as Multinational. He has devoted almost two decades to transforming the organisational culture of several leading organisations.
Trained in the Behavioural Sciences, through ISISD, he is also one of the founders of Sumedhas, Academy for Human Context. He is a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has taught at Institute of Rural Management, Anand, and Indian Institute of Management - Bangalore.
He has studied yoga with Yogacharya Krishnamacharya and later TKV Desikachar. He has taught yoga at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram for a decade and published a world-renowned book on Yoga, called learning through Yoga.
Raghu has brought into the field of organisational development, several pioneering frameworks and concepts that have helped organisations for several years. He is one of the founders of the organisation TAO, Totally Aligned Organisations. He has since written a book, of the same title, enumerating the cutting edge concepts that his organisation uses to enhance and transform the culture of organisations.
He now works extensively with Yoga and theatre in helping people discover new paths to creativity, learning and unfolding. The participants in his programmes span all walks of life from industrialists to NGO's to people with special needs to students and so on. Raghu has also worked exclusively with several NGO's helping them in personal development and organisation development.
He was part of the steering group of the CII initiative on craft development called FACES, Foundation for the Advancement of Craft Enterprises and Skills. Raghu brings together his understanding of technology, people and Indian thought in his work.
