Every organization has a context in which it operates, a technology it uses and a market it serves. Individuals take on different roles at work. Rarely does an organization reach a level where appropriate roles and interfaces are played out consistently, by a majority of the people.
In organizations individuals find it difficult to experiment with a number of roles and a whole repertoire of role behavior. At best, each one lives with a limited range of choices and roles.
Theatre is a context, which essentially looks at human situations, and roles, which can be played. Many typical and difficult human situations are explored and a large range of roles and communication modes are used. Learning Theatre is designed to help executives experiment with, and learn a whole range of role behavior experientially. In a learning context one can try out new ways of behaving, relating, expressing and communicating without paying a heavy price.
